I am Almer Mendoza, a full-stack software engineer and people manager from the Philippines. I work across product, data, and delivery to make complicated systems feel usable.

My background is rooted in web applications, geospatial systems, health data, and the conversations that help teams make better technical decisions.

I am happiest close to the work: shaping a useful interface, making an API dependable, or helping a team find the cleanest next step.
